烏骨鶏(うこっけい)

江戸時代に中国から伝来した小型の品種。普通、鶏の足の指は4本なのに対して、烏骨鶏は5本以上あります。肉や卵の栄養価が高く、また産卵も少ないことから他の鶏に比べるととても高価です。
