中央と両側に冠のある三枚冠と、地鶏のような体型が特徴の品種。小型ですが好戦的で、動きも敏捷。原産地が大阪の河内地方と勘違いされていたこともありますが、正しくは三重県の河内地方。

Have three combs, one in the middle and two each sides and are shaped like Jidori. They are small but aggressive and move fast. People misunderstood once that the origin was Kawachi area in Osaka but correctly it is Kawachi area in Mie prefecture.
